I love fighting the pirates, and a tip for flying with the default Wolfen, approach the target from the back, or any place where it does not have weapons, and make strafing runs, dodge any shots while you're closing in, and also try to use your forward momentum if you miss.

That's only fun for so long.

Then you download a mod and get in one of 'em dreadnoughts. Tehehe.

But where's the love for the Sapphire? I like it, it's an awesome multi-purpose ship.

To me the Sapphire is very fey. I like the freighter for its cargo capacity and the Wolfen for its combat prowess.

It's also the hardest to start with (you have to buy everything since it starts out horribly equipped, though the fact that you get about 1000 more credits at the beginning helps...barely), I'm not suprised it's not that popular.

No, it is not online, and no, thank god, it is nothing like Continuum. Controls are slightly like it movement wise, but it's nothing like it.

Oh man, Continuum, I remember that game.

It was fun, until you got a little skilled and realized that it's composed of a bunch of elitist pros who join private teams and own everyone.

I Picked that aura up the Second I got the game. the main problem I had is that I couldn't pilot a single ship without crashing into a wormhole or a wall or being blasted to oblivion. At least I was welcomed nicely, however, by the people who hover over alpha.

I noticed, but it's still somewhat diffulcult. Just got to learn then...

Now another question, what kind of stuff should I get for this here game? (Extentions, Mods, ext. Basically I want to know what you recommend)

And some basic tips would be nice, cause I have very little clue as to what I'm doing. Currently all I do is destroy enemy ships and stations, and loot everything I find, till I get shot at and destroyed.

Lastly, what can I do with the Illegal Items I find in wreakages (other than getting it taken by Security.)

For now, since it's the easiest to answer, I'll answer about Illegal items. You simply sell them. The catch is, however, that only a few places will buy. People in the Maintenance level of a Corporate Enclave will. Also, sometimes there will be a person in a restaurant willing to purchase a good or a stack of a good, but this can only happen once in a game. They give you the Black Market ID, as well, which lets you dock and trade and use the facilities with the Black Market stations. Finally, once you have (or if you get it) the smuggler's hold expansion, which lets you dock at places and not get things confiscated, you can sell it at the Victorian Nightclub in commonwealth stations. I think there may be a few others.

I believe if you go to a hotel/restaurant and have the Star Wars 3DV item, you can get the Black Market ID.
