That would be nice, because the little steam messages that interrupt my games immediately get my attention.

Also, I think we need more advertisement and recruitment around the forums. Last time I was on Steam our group had 17 guys. That's a little weak.

Heh, I know the feeling. I'll try to be somewhat sparing with them though.

Spamming up the other Wyrdysm forums would be stupid, though. I considered moving it over to general BSF discussion for a while but that forum is full of announcements and stickies as is.

Actually, any steam messages about BSF would be great. The game interruption thing is much less of an annoyance and more of a guarantee to attract my notice.

As for advertisement, I might just stick the link in my sig, let it do its job that way.

Events are worse anyway. They actually 'seize' your view/input and appear in the center of your screen instead of popping up a nice little notice in the corner.
