It's in Maya right now, figured I should stop using milkshape and figure out how to use an actual rendering program or two.

Scorpia, i think the simple, untextured YSFlight models work pretty well for the signatures.

Kazuael, i like the starship's design. Broadside guns! Actually, it's somewhat reminiscent of one of my own ships, except less boxy and ugly. I also see a little similarity to Hiigaran ships from Homeworld 2.

Yeah it looks sorta like a cross between a Hiigaran Battlecruiser and a Battlestar, minus the pods. I'd originally intended to put the main guns where the secondary ones are right now in the little space between the top and bottom halves, but that left the top and bottom really empty, so I moved the little guns into the space.

It still needs detailing which I may or may not do, and also texturing, which I am almost definitely not going to do as I cannot draw in any sense of the word and thus cannot make any sort of texture map for it.

Oh... I just figured YSFlight had updated its models.

Also, that is one very nice ship. I could belch out one of mine i made a while ago while we're at ships.
Here, have a fighter. The resemblance to Kushan fighters from HW is totally accidental, seriously.

I'd love textures, too. Alas, i'm too lazy to learn "proper" 3D software so i'm just using SketchUp which to my knowledge can't do texturing very well...

I've played YS, but that was a long time ago. Just casually, since it was pretty fun. I might pick it up again at some point when i feel like it.

I recently rediscovered this amazing thing... I'm not sure what to call it. I suppose 'analog medium' would be a good term...

So i drew some stuff. I'm not terrific by any means, but I like to think they're pretty good.

These are characters from my comic. Which I haven't updated in over 6 months.

Pretty good at drawing robot guys there.

Unless you have a really convincing reason though... I still think the black mage should go.

Yes, the bald robot with the goatee wins this thread.
Don’t worry it has airbags.

Well, in the comic, the main character visits an 8 bit planet. The Black Mage was a suggestion on my friend's part.

Glad you like teh robot :D

The goatee robot is pretty epic indeed.

I started working on a destroyer but it ended up being larger than my battlecruiser, so I guess it's a battleship now. Haven't really detailed it yet so it's kinda flat and boring. Same guns as on the battlecruiser though.
