Anyone know a lightweight image program. You know, somthing that can do a quick crop or convert the format of an image, without taking 5 min just to load?

Paint.net
Paint.net is the name of the program. I don't mean MS Paint.

Paint.net isn't exactly what I call 'lightweight', though. Howver, it is pretty powerful.

Gimp is
NOT lightweight. Not even the Portable Gimp is Lightweight. and I never used Paint.Net I don't think it is light enough for what I was looking for. So I went with Irfanview. And so far I
LOOOVE it. Thanks!
It was exactly what was I looking for. Fast boot, crop, save, done. 8)

Oh definitely. It can also resize 'em batch style; so you can make up thumbnails for any of your screen caps.

Uhhh, MSPaint?
If you don't need to do anything fancy, why not just stick with it?
(Unless you're converting an image to a .gif. You have to covert it gradually stepping down quality rungs or it looks ugly).

Define "photo program".
Else Gimp.
