Industrial-Grade Cores/Engines

One thing I'm concerned about is the viability of constructing non-military-grade mining ships, so I was idly considering adding industrial-grade cores and engines to the list. They'd have looser restrictions - instead of having a maximum output devoted to weapons, they'd have a maximum output per weapon, only powering weapons of that level or lower - and I'm considering adding a discounting to both them and the civilian cores so that ships cost less if they're using them.

Of course as the initial results showed, the Civilian Cores and Engines were a little too good, so I'd like input on possible stats (I don't have a proposal right now), comparison to the existing engines, and reasoning behind any suggestions.

Might as well give this a try.

Industrial Mining Core
Restriction #1: May not supply more than 150 power to weapons.
Restriction #2: May not be employed on a ship designed for anything besides mining.
Core Integrity: 150
Power Output: 1000
Mass: 600

Industrial Mining Engine
Restriction #1: May not be used on a ship with more than 5000 Used Mass.
Restriction #2: May not be used on a ship designed for anything besides mining.
Speed output: 2500
Acceleration output: 120
Turning output: 1500
Hit Points: 200

Mass: 250
Power Drain: 300
