So I installed the BSF repack from this thread:

Now it seems whenever I see a ship with a tachyon repeater (the final Nagaya ship, for example) I get the following error when it fires:

action number 1
of Collision Event with object ShipSection
for object EBulletTachyon:

Error in code at line 65:

at position 70: Unknown variable l_sparkcolour

if I choose ignore, this message repeats until all of the tachyon projectiles have faded away.
Is there any way to fix this, or will I just have to switch to the stock .exe when I want to see that particular weapon in use?

Oh, that. I've no idea whatsoever about that error, but here's an idea: grab the latest stable release in here:
It's not the newest and not completely bug-free, but it is the best advice I can give you.

If that still gives errors, I've no idea, because it works for me in that version.

Quite frankly I wonder why I ever began making ships for this. You see, my work never becomes quite as good as I feel it deserves to.
