Otay. Just to map the current alliance thingy which is somewhat complex.

Miora recognize Segregation warband and form some sort of alliance / pact thingy? Ratai are quite grumpy at Segregation Warband (For reason), and would prefer not to have this sort of alliance. However, Ratai do not wish to endanger the pact with Miora due to their entire civilian fleet residing in their system, and thus grumpily accept. GTNA - which has alliance with Heaven's grace, offers alliance to... er... Ratai or Miora? thus they tag along which more or less directly also involves HG joining the alliance. HG has neutral approach towards pirates, buuut should they see SG attacking what they view as "innocent", they will interfere? Hmmm... I guess that was all?
