The Novian empire finds that with less pirates and hooligans (Troglen) about, we can conduct our research undisturbed. This is of a direct correlation to the Judin's efforts. We commend you for this and would like to send a wing (7 ships) of 'Salvation' class heavy cruisers upon initiation of the alliance.
