Are by the way Kebb, GORE or ASA still active? Or deeeead?
When it comes to the GORE? Let sleeping dogs lie. I have no intention of getting dragged into petty shipmaking pissing matches over which faction is better, so it's best for everyone involved if people don't mess with that particular beehive. Really. Just... don't go near them.

To be honest I haven't booted up BSF in a dog's age and I don't even know how well they stand up to the other What-The-Fuck-Ever factions in terms of balance, because I don't doubt at least some people haven't exactly stuck to any semblance of balance properly. Their strengths are superior firepower and high durability, at the cost of speed and maneuverability.

Arc so you want us to remove the Old laser wars factions?

Edit: ignore that

Just tweaked my sector territory map to be more generic to the ones made by Doogie:
Nove Sector ts.png
Arrows are lined up to the other maps so you don't have to change the position of the sector, bottom left is fine.

still not sure what to do with the overview galactic map....

Otherwise, kk mappish.

Well with the current plan of sector placement on the over-view map, the jump lines wouldn't go directly to the Mior and SAR sectors. There are neuteral sectors In between, but yes I will add the extra jump lines (it's the way I cut the map).

Can you make The Watch have random spots on the map, since they don't really have a "home."

Then the darkness would rip you to shreds. They kill everything on sight.
@Arc, surprisingly, the original Laser wars fit in quite well to the WFTU. The Moloch X is still the deadliest ship of its size by far.

Added jump lines to the Galactic North and East on my own sector.
Added a few jumjp lines
Added a few jumjp lines

Also created a large boarder for adding faction names on the WFTU overview map:
Need suggestions on how to display the factions...
Need suggestions on how to display the factions...
Need suggestions on how to display the factions here. I could do it as a list down the side:

Factions:
1A - Laser war zone
2B - Miora colonies
3C - SAR
(Just an example).

Ill come up with some samples soon to see what everyone thinks.

With the way it's set up, we'd all have inhabit a small quadrant of that galaxy. There would be a lot of empty space.

Yes, lots of space for neutral sectors (for battling) and new factions that might come along. We don't have to use all of them.

I like the coordinate system. Each faction could also have a colored dot to represent them on the galaxy map. Each faction could have a sector map for what is inside their particular dot.

Colored dots: I'd like to be light blue.

This means, that I have to point out three locations.
One for. . .
Heaven's Grace
Heretic Locations
Heaven's Grace's Homeworld that was destroyed by the Darkness that they intend to attempt to reclaim in a climactic battle or something.

We also need to identify which sectors are occupied by the Darkness.
