You want somebody to prove you wrong? Allow me.

• You didn't set HP on the shield, it has an HP of 269.47 and 'Def' in the sidebar. This means it consumes 269.47 Mass and Power.
• The shield itself is doubled up - that is to say you made it so there are two of them.
• Your shield has no regeneration system, which appears to be mandatory.
• Each blaster has a cost of 145M/100P, multiplied by ten is 1450M/1000P.
• Each gatpulse is individually 845M/525P, multiplied by two is 1690M/1050P.
• The thruster does not remove it's contribution to the ship's propulsion when destroyed, having default stats and only customized colouring.
• Your ship has a Mass Allowance of 3600 and a Power Allowance of 1440. Power limits are blatantly outstripped, and the Mass Allowance is likely over as well at a glance.
• You almost certainly haven't taken mounts into account.

So, in short;

Drop the fucking attitude. Consider this a warning to watch your tone.

Noticing this, I fiddled around with the ships a tad more, made some new weapons and whatnot.

hold on, wait, un guided weapons? that's really odd, because it really shouldn't do, and it isn't for me =/

so far i've had no problems with skipping, up to a speed of 40. seeing as i test all the ships, if i notice something that isn't working properly i'll request that it's changed before it's approved

as for having one calculator, as far as i can tell from my own tests and the entries so far, it works fine all together, and just makes the whole thing simpler by far. admittedly it is possible to make some pretty broken weapons, although it's hard to find out how without a lot of experimenting, and there are still counters to them

also, biggums Ggngunner, Anna and STARSTRUCK, i'll download and assess your ships asap (the only reason i didn't put quadblasters on the list is because i didn't think anyone would actually want to use them, turns out i was wrong =P)

alright, STARSTRUCK, only one real problem here. for the fixed weapons (such as the ASM launchers) the arc range should be set to 0. this triggers a function that sets to the turn speed to 1, so you can't exploit it by settign the turn speed really low. setting the arc to 0 changes the stats of your weapons slightly. the Chaioth Ha Quadesh's ASMs are actually worth 260 mass and 390 power (+60 and +10) and the Merkabbah's longbow ASMs worth 480 mass and 230 power (+140 and +30). now with the cruiser this isn't too much of a problem, seeing as when i measured the ion cannon they came out as 60 mass less than statet, so the mass balances out, you just have to reduce the power by 30 somewhere. The Merkabbah is ore of a problem, you'll probably have to re-stat the ASMs to fit. other than that i only had to make one minor correction, which is to move the nanomatrix directly on top of the shield and reduce it's range to 0.1 (it should only regenerate the shield)

Biggums*insertrandomnumbershere* try as i may, because you haven't included your ships stats with your file, i cannot decipher it at all

it's getting there james, but fusion and ion thrusters cost 0.5 power times the mass cost. however, i'd advise against using both fusion and ion thrusters on the same ship, as the mostly cancel out each others advantages, and it's cheaper to get coventional ones

calvin, your ships are fine, although the coyote has 815 armour hp, but also has 200 mass remaining, so you might want to add some more to it

also, can istress that the shield nanomatrices should be placed at the exact same coordinates as the shield, and with a arange of 0.1, so they heal the sheild but nothing else (note, people wo've already entered i'll correct it for you)
