ive been browsing around some of the froms and there are a lot of fleets or empires that people have. and ive been wondering if anyone of the has an open registration. If so i think it would be fun to join one so if there are any that are looking for another member can you please tell me. Thanks.

I don't think there is any form of BSF-based RP thing or collab projects that you could join.
Meta 2's trial is closed, and although you could (theoratically) join the game when it starts, it's currently stuck in development hell.

I am currently trying to set up a much smaller scale metagame , I just need a few people to start. At start I don't want any official "empires" but if I can get my little concept to grow from a few freinds organizing ship combat on the forum to "empires fighting over control of a small map with quick game sucession" then anyone would be more than welcome to start or join an empire.
