ok I would post in the Reviving the Comunity Thread but lets see last post was Mon Nov 01, 2010 well lets see about 4 months
lets see at a post becoming a necro after 1 month that comes out to 4 divided by 1 = 4 necros hmm well I just post my idea here and save the time

Ovious what we do is the ldest Game Scam in the book for multi player (when I read your posts I get the image of 30 year old people sitting at there computers)

We make a Multi Player Game With advannced ranking controled ship building blablabla tachnobable with a HUGE data Base of sprites
well we give them the Worlds best sprites but it will cost them $$$ (like buy antimatter to get the best part designs?)
tada they give us money (yey :D ) we spend that on Better Servers, Better Suport, and Adds to keep the game alive

its quite posible most games today are multi player and use this same sceme

So let me get this straight, in order for the game to succeed, ya need multiplayer. In order to get multiplayer, ya need money. In order to get money ya charge money for the multiplayer users to get the full range of sprites. Did I get all that right?

In the first place, wheres the capital? Who is going to design new sprites and features to lure in new players since everything available is already out there, and how do those people get paid? On the outside if you had researched this the tiniest bit you'd know enough about, well, everything, to not bother posting this, and on the inside it doesn't matter anyway because its th15's game.

To be honest though, what little I can comprehend of this horrendous grammar, it does make sense. Jwa is right, however, with what he says. Everything is publicly available, so why bother paying for it? And of course, it is th15's game, and thus, he has the last word on matters such as this.
Still, though, if we want to bring more popularity to this game, we might extend our advertising feelers...

On topic, if there was MP, then we would see ugly-as-hell yet overpowered ships, something I personally do not want to see. Knowing Anna based on his posts, and sig, he'll be unhappy with ugly ships.

ts;dr: MP has potential, but it can go bad as well.
