Unable to locate 'standard' ships..?

Hi guys,
Just installed (the latest) BSF on my laptop.
I can't locate many of the 'standard' ships in the BSF files.
Under the Custom Ship folder i can see the Cronus, Eos2, Leviathan, Nagaya, Pendulum and Sinope.
But no Athena, Hestia etc..?

Now, i've had a look at this GD forum and couldnt find anything relating to this issue.

Can someone help me - i'm fairly sure its not a 'faulty' install.

Cheers

Tee

I'm afraid that .sb4 files for those ships aren't available, they were built in a different (lots of them by hand in notepad essentially).

However, there was a project to rebuild them in .sb4 over in the custom ships forums somewhere.

Most of the old ships weren't included in battleships v.90. Remake them yourselves, or use the button with the green ship & square to import them from a drop-down menu.

Edit: Dammit. Post ninja'd.

There was an extensive and very well-made SB3 BSF Official Ships pack somewhere. I have that pack, but I don't remember where I found it. You can try searching for it, if you're OK with SB3s. The SHPs were also included, in case you want to make encounters with them.
The pack was more extensive than what you can get out of the little import-ship buttons in Sandbox - it had everything from the Glorious Hood to Major Hong's Ship to the Augmented Pirate Hestia to the Alien Tachyon Frigate.

Though I don't know what the "Pendelum" is, nor where it came from, nor why it's there. It seems to be an ugly little ship whose goal is to show off SB4 features - like the hideous white fake-aegis, the ThrusterEX, and the recoiling trigger-fitted Plasma Cannon.

That is because they don't give you the .sb4's , they just give you the .shp files.

If someone wants you to be able to edit their ships, they will make the .sb4 files publically available. If they don't make said files publically available, it's fairly safe to assume they don't want you fucking with their ships.

Also:
Grammatical Rule:
Take time to write out your posts, please. That means use "for" instead of "4", "are" instead of "r", "you" instead of "u", "please" instead of "plz", "great" instead of "gr8" and so on. There is no character limit per post (at least, not that you're going to reach any time soon) and unless you can only comprehend txtspk there is absolutely no need to do this. Also please try and be as grammatically correct as possible. I know English isn't everyone's first language, but at least try.
Capitalisation. Use it, or I'll give you a warning in the future. This isn't complex shit.
