BSF Ship Scale

Post by Hypothetical Wisdom »

So, how big are the ships in BSF supposed to be? And how many people crew, say, the Hestia? I did some pondering, and decided that a weapon the size of a mining beam is the size of a cramped room, and is operated by one or two ppl inside the weapon. A Pirate Raider ship is therefore about the size of the Milenium Falcon. What do you guys think, though? exactly how big are these things supposed to be?

Well, you could also think of things in a bit smaller scale, where the standard core is maybe X-Wing sized, and a Cronus would be Millennium falcon level. It's all a matter of interpretation.

Yeah, I thought of that, too. Actually, my first imression was that these things were huge and that a Cronus was about the size of a Star Destroyer.[/quote]

Though, in my mind I don't see destroyers as 150-175m but that's probably because that'd be the size of the modern wet navy ships (with the current trend of aircraft carriers and destroyers) and my service in the Navy.
