  • Projectiles appear in between any double barrel weapons at the same place. Most noticeable for the double rail gun.
  • Weapon fire does not obey depthing.
  • Can we have a projectile scale setting? The autocannon projectile looks puny compared to the barrel size :P
1) Already reported.
3) Check out the "ED2" button for weapons. Shot scale and custom turret sprites are on there.

Oh thanks, sorry about that

More bugs:
  • Ctrl key is held when using save ship and launch sandbox function from ship maker. This persists when game is windowed mode and off focus.
  • Ship shp file is locked even after ship has finished imported into the game. The only way to clear the lock is to exit the game. Exiting sandbox mode does not clear the lock. This also lead to error when trying to save from ship maker when the file is locked. Pressing abort will terminate the ship maker and may lead to ship data loss.
  • Enemy custom ship button description (Spawn Enemy Ship F4) will be messed up after importing a custom ship for the enemy
  • I know this has been reported but the errors that often comes up with linking, triggering and driving. Sometimes if the relationship is cleared and the relationship re-established, it sometimes would magically work again despite none of the components are changed in any way.
  • Ship maker explanation for bullet speed field is wrong. (no longer a percentile)

O.o

It's just a reminder that a bug has been found. All I want is a 'Problem noticed' reply. Jeez :P

So, I'm having some weird layering and parenting issues with my ship here.:
http://www.wyrdysm.com/battleshipsforev ... ardier.zip

Alright, so. Each of the big dark-blue "wing" parts of this ship has, as a child section, a smaller section that is totally obscured under it. That child section has a weapon attached (the repeating artillery). The weapon is set to be layered with the section its attached to (so I hit W for it in the SM). Here's some weird in-game happenings:

At some point, for some reason, the weapons will start displaying on top of sections they shouldn't, as if I'd never set them with W to stay with their parent section. This doesn't necessarily happen to all four weapons at once.

Furthermore, one time I had the big dark-blue wing section destroyed, only for its children (the smaller obscured section and the weapons) to somehow stay attached to the ship, functioning properly. From what I understand, they all should have been destroyed with their parent wing section.

TOTALLY AWESOME

We can probably solve that problem by scaling down the sprites to fix the box.

the only problem with that plan is that the sprites still overflow on the edit sidebar when enlarged. also, since those are sprites for the blue echo's bubble shield, scaling down isn't an option, as they are meant to totally surround the ship, and would look far too pixelated.

while it did not give me an error message, my ships in sandbox suddenly stopped moving at all, and refused move orders. Exiting and restarting the game seemed to fix the problem.

Nono, we'll scale down the display, the actual sprite will still be full size once you place it.

That's caused by having a comma in your ship's name/description. We'll have that bug fixed, will release soon.
