In shipmaker, when using weapon layering ( "W" key), on a weapon that is already layered, SM returned this error. this was immediately after returning to the window from BSF. it wasn't fatal, and it only happened once, but reporting none the less.

Another error: started sandbox game in windowed mode, switched to full screen with the alt + enter shortcut, and the game crashed, saying something about "failed to apply surfaces, game will restart in no surfaces mode." surfaces were fine until I did that. no error log was generated.
I've noticed that every now and then whilst in shipmaker the arrow key functions (pan view and the shift+arrow nudges) stop working completely. I have to save and re-open shipmaker to rectify it.
Error new with the .90 ship maker, whenever I try to load ANY ship with curved pieces (it doesn't effect the solid angle ones for some reason) or stretched pieces, I get these error messages (I clicked ignore a few dozen times to cycle through)
I have all graphic options OFF except for Particle effects, I recieve the error in windowed or fullscreen. I am running a Pentium 4 and an ATI Radeon x300.

Another issue, about this ship specifically. At first I thought my bug was because the game seems to think my ship is much, much more huge then it actually is.
PS: That isn't the issue, as NO curved ships work. That is, no curved ships in .sb4 format. My old .sb3's seem to still work for the most part, though 1 or 2 crashed me.

EDIT: I took off the thruster ex's and the last two sabot guns I found and now it works. not sure what the problem is yet, but I'll try to find it.
EDIT2: the Sabot guns are definitely the problem, though they did work on the ship for a while before crashing it. I probably just changed a setting somewhere, though what, I don't know.

Need some help here... the Ship Deployer Module dosent let me deploy one of my custom ships. In the game, when I try to activate the module, it gives me this is a pop-up:
