A found something a bit strange today.

The game said a bug. It said "Unexpected error when running the game" and crashed.

The game ussauly runs fine so I launched up shipmaker and that worked. I then waited for a little while and found that the game worked again.

what was the whole error message?

my game won't start until i close shipmaker, so i get those first opening words by double clicking on the icon to open the main game, sometimes.

When in doubt, restart comp.
Amazing what it can fix.

Yep, a restart fixes most of those. If not, try posting your error log here for us.
