I don't know if this is a error, or me just being stupid, but when ever I try to use a custom bullet sprite it won't work? It just uses the default bullet sprite instead in game.

The name of the bullet sprite was correct, and just in case I was wrong, I tried to use a stock bullet sprite instead which also did not work.

Can some one help me with this problem :oops:

Not exactly. Its more of a hardware compatibility problem than a performance issue. Certain systems just don't like the new surfaces, even ones with very good GFX cards.

RAM has nothing to do with it.

For now, just turn surfaces off.

Can you tell me what exactly are you doing to use that custom sprite? On what weapon? And are you using Vista?

Ok, I need a hand: for some reason, an allied ship with (modded, turreted) sabot cannons is around, oh, 4 times as powerful as an enemy controlled version of the same ship. THIS MAKES NO SENSE and is driving me nuts :(

Ok, I've been testing the sabot cannon a bit, and it looks like the enemy version does the splash wrong - it does the base damage value as the explosion damage as well, whilst both allied and player versions work correctly - gonna add this to the bug thread.
