Even if they belong to someone who's made some really good and insightful posts?
Delete the accounts that never post. There's a reason none of the forums have the #1 - because that's where spambots post most of their shit. It's also the reason there's that "password" thing.

Maybe the "delete after one month" rule could apply to people who have posted as well, but only up to a certain 'safe' level (say 20 posts), that way, in addition to the accounts that don't post at all, it would also clear out any accounts that, like Siber said, make a couple of posts and then never come back...
The whole 'delete people who haven't visited in over a month' thing sounds byzantine and accident-prone, especially in the face of a simpler solution: Delete zero-post accounts older than a month!
Look at the original 200 or so in the memberlist. Most of them have a web-address, interseting, most of these link to porn sites...
Plus the fact that the location 'Porn' occurs preety commonly, I'd say possibly HALF of those first 200 are REAL people. Also, I think people join the forums just to claim 'I've been part of this cool game I just tried'.
Deleting account after a month of 0 posts yes. Nothing else, look at Game_Boy, who hasn't posted for almost a month.

Which is why I think, if we're going to delete people who have made posts, that there should be a 'safe' level of x number of posts, for MIA BSF veterns who might one day return, or just for future refernce...
