You tell me what you want and I'll make anything you like.TheBlueEcho wrote:Think you can make that Transparent?
Or
Anyone know how to make all the Black Transparent?
Transparent black on which ones? And I suspect that putting bright green and orange over the current wiki bg color will result in epic color fail.

Anyone with a few minutes worth of experience with Photoshop or the GIMP should be able to make that transparent. The question is why. That thing would look epically ugly with the parchment colored background.

@ Derekiv: I like it. The Beige was Ugly.
@ Norm: I can do a lot with PS... But I just can do that yet. My attempts at it make it lose some of the fading/Blurriness. I can show you the outcome but give me some time because I'm not going to be on all day today.
Oh yeah, My reasons for it is because it would be nice to have a better banner than whats there now.
@ M123: ...Messy... but thanks for trying.
@ Daxx: Nice! I like portal two myself. Is this for the font page?
@ CT: Banner Please!
Whew... more typing than I expected.

As you probably know, im currently developing a ruleset to measure any ships price, which would take in mind as much parameters as possible, allowing to make a tournament with incredibly flexible (though complex) rules.
The main prublem im currently stuck at is lack of default parameters for most of the weapons.
While some of these are obvious or stated ingame, many weapons have additional obscure parameters which are hard to understand.
I mean, special weapon parameters like plasma cannon explosion parameters, or tachyon shot parameters.
There is no source where i could find them, and experimenting is sometimes very troublesome, especially wth the more obscure parameters.
I hope the community manages to collaborate and fill the wiki's weapons and modules guide with complete information about every single weapon and module. I will update the wiki with stats i got experimantally, but since im lazy and hate doing routine tasks like that, the progress is going very slowly.
Also, im not very familiar with that wiki engine and don't understand a few things: is it possible to put that panel with "edit" and other options on the top of the page? i hate having to scroll down to the bottom of the page every time i need to edit some page. Also, where are the discussion pages for every article? these are very useful for navigation, cuz making a thread in the forum for each page will make too much chaos, as well as discussing everything in a single thread.
