What's your view on ship stats overall? So far I'm doing a starfleet battles type fleet and I need assistance. I have a couple more names in mind but heres a list of ships so far. I would like your opinion on ships stats overall since I tested your training vessel ships. Since this is for different races Best estimate values of lets say 1-5 probability is usable.
The ships in use of this from Lowest to Highest ranking so far are as Follows
-Fighter (FT) - Fighter bay Exclusive.
-Escort(EC) - Scout vessels
-Gunboat/Cutters(PF) - Fast Reinforcement based Fighter
-Corvette(POF) - Police Frigates
-Frigate(FF)
-War Destroyer(DW)
-Destroyer(DD)
-Light Cruiser(CL)
-War Cruiser(CW)
-Heavy Cruiser(CA)
-Command Cruiser(LCC)
-Battlecruiser(BCH)
-Dreadnought(DN)
-Battleship(BB)
-Vanguard Battleship(VB)
-Carriers(CVN)

Also, to my knowledge some of those classes do not exist and others are in the wrong order. Some made up classes would be fine such as Battlecarriers and Dreadnoughts, but at least get the real ones correct.

Which ones would you claim are in the wrong order? And why should he feel obligated to match up with real-life terminology?

I'm assuming he is. But there is no rule about DGW ships having to stick to specific ship classes. Balance is more size-based rather than class based. Mioran ships don't even have specific classes, and if someone wanted to make a size 100 ship and call it a Destroyer, they could probably do so. It's entirely possible for different factions to give differing names to certain ship sizes.
