Well I suck at drawing so don't expect some transforming mega balistic doom bringing component from me what I do offer is large undetailed sprites for the average nut who wants to make a warship that is huge
(Warning im not responsible for any damage caused by my sprites cause its your own fault if so :o )

P.S don't see what your looking for? send me a scetch or whatever and il see if I can make an outline for it

Large sprites are fine, but a bit of detail would be nice. In fact what would be really awesome is to have a large shape like mis 1, with detail, and cut it up into more usable sections that actually fit together. For adding detail I'd start by adding a circle in the middle and some lines radiating out from that. Then go from there. As for mis 2, I might split it in half lengthwise.

My new year's resolution: think positive. So here you go.

Rocky, your sections are bloody brilliant. They make excellent shields, and in metagame terms, they would make perfect powergaming sections.

Image

Case in point; the funky kite-shaped shield fits the funky kite-shaped ship perfectly. Don't stop making these, man.

They may not have any detail or constructional merit whatsoever, they may clash horribly with the Shiny and SW sections currently in use, and they may be far too huge and barren for usage in any sensible situation, but they make great shields in certain cases. They could also be used as oversized doodads for when you just need to paint a giant fucking hexagon on your ship.

Best sections ever.

Rocky, you do know that shiny sections are quite large and are incredibly detailed, right?

realy? cause most sprites I found are so incredibly detailed without enuff space cause I don't see the point of the tac nuke canon, plasma ball, artilery peice enless there in a huge section they kinda stick out

I learned that, but whenever I try SM, I end up with something so ugly it'd kill... Oh well. :)

Okay, you clearly have no knowledge of the sprites in this game. You can make any weapon have any sprite. If I want to make a vulcan cannon be a beamer sprite instead, i go under the ed2 header and click on "change sprite" or whatever its called.
Look in the "custom content & sprites" forum. Specifically Kaelis' and Horsemonster's posts.
