plesiosaur anyone? :o

Elephant tusks could double as horns, saber teeth, and certain claws.

the skull looks like one of the stock sections.

zackfire wrote:That answers my question perfectly. The only complaint I have with these sprites is that the eye looks incredibly flat and fake in comparison with the bone.
I'll probably redo it, along with others. I don't like alot of them myself.

Good ideas. What parts of the plesiosaur do you want? Doing the whole thing could be maddening. I still have flesh and a whole lot of other things to do X_X

No, I was just saying there is almost enough to make one. =P

I'm just here to give ideas I find, like this. In case you make exoskelotons too.

and more alien...

And I think I found out how to make a 'melee' weapon' with this, some constant lasers, and a very fast pivot.

This is the bones I have so far. Please look and let me know if more are needed or if this will satisfy everyone. Its not the whole pack obviously, I just need to know if I should move on to the more fleshy, scaley, gorey bits.

It's pretty good. I already stared making ships with it. 'Cept that they're just space skeletons right now.

So do you think its good enough to begin the flesh and gooey bits?

Yeah, probably. There are enough bones for now.

So here's the exoskeleton stuff I have. Good style or do I need something new?

It's your sprites, you are pioneering a new style pretty much.

I know, but how do the people here like it? I'm making them to be used, not just for myself.

You probably need a few more non-centerline shell pieces.

Oh yeah, believe me, they'll be lots more pieces. I just wanted to know if the overall style was what people imagined when they thought about exoskeletons.

They look very flat, try to give them more depth. Shouldn't they all be a mix of the same shades for coloring, and I don't like that dark section. And don't layer them for us, make all of the overlapping plates separate. I don't want to command you to do anything, just telling you what I think.
