JWA's rough and random sprite collection

These probably won't become a releasable pack until I finish building all the ones I need for my fleet. There is a lot of fine tuning to do, but I thought I'd get some feedback. There are several which I've since properly named or fixed obvious problems with, like the wormhole, but I can't upload new versions today.

These are sprites I've made or which have been so drastically altered that I feel comfortable calling them my own. I'm not ready to show most of what I've made from scratch though.

Ew. Practically none of these are any good as weapons. The twinbeam mod looks ridiculous and will rotate poorly, the twinrail mod will rotate badly, the bigass turret... those guns should be seperate entities and the turret just a chassis. As for the last one' the barrels are far too long and boring.

PS: Give credit where it's due.

You reallise how much alpha you have to drop for that? Not to mention how it abruptly cuts off.

Thanks TBE, I didn't understand how to edit sprites properly. I'll leave the shields to you.

Arcalane, your right. The weapons are now scrapped or fixed, will update pictures eventually. Don't really know what I'm doing here so any insights you might have to make them easier would be appreciated. I'm not sure what you mean about the twinrail mod though, I actually just overlaid the artillary barrel layers on the image without changing it's size so it rotates the same as it did before.

People complained that my window sprites were useless since warships shouldn't have windows because of potential decompression. I say let there be decompression, let there be blood, let there be bodies!

Lols at the bodies :lol: , reaver ships maybe? As for the other sprites i like them, but the launch silos look halfassed tbh. Maybe add a little more details? Like little warheads poking out?

is this an improvement on the silo? Also, turret cover for mini-missiles and point-missiles and a ring section.

I don't really like the ring the details on it look a little crummy and there are alot of random lines. Perhaps you could make it look modular or somthing like that?
