Because Kaelis' website is down, I have taken the liberty of rehosting all three packs in a single download. Get it here. Place in Custom Sprites and unzip, and it should make the three folders.

I can't seem to locate a Ini file to bring it into the Shipmaker, unless theres another way.

Edit: O it appears I may have violated a rule. Necromancy, my bad. Delete please.

Applies to roughly a month or so, you should be fine.

The .ini file is loaded with the "Load .ini" function in Shipmaker. After you import the sections, you ought to use the "Save .ini" and give it a different name, like "SWA.ini" or "custom.ini" or w/e.

And there's a handy little "x" button on the top right of your post you can use to delete it if necessary.
