Here in Asia, we don't celebrate Halloween, so no. On the other hand, it is Deepavali today.

Well, not quite to the extent that, say, the Americans do. Sure, the stores are all putting up halloweeny decorations and events to cash in on the holiday, but other than that? There isn't any trick-or-treating, nobody's buying and carving pumpkins, etc etc etc. Halloween really isn't a major holiday here, and people don't really do much to celebrate it.
I'm in Singapore BTW.

Eh, that really only pertains to religious flamewars. In this case, since its really about holidays, I suspect its fine.

i forgot to mention that there are also people in here that does trick-or-treat although not much fancy since i've only seen few kids with costumes (altough incomplete) and there are those who dress up in halloween parades.

I thought Halloween was a Pagen festival. Anyway, it's quite popular here in England but I didn't do anything for it this year.

All Saints (1 day after Halloween) is a Christian thing, and it's "celebrating the dead", but I believe there is something similar around the time in other religions and cultures (I said cultures not to discredit possible non-religious holidays).

Halloween is a day earlier.
