Short summary of the Equestrian Navy
Groups and role:
The navy is divided in 3 groups:
-The Core Navy: Protect Equestrian Core worlds (Equestria and the inner colonies (less than 10 Light year))
-The Deep Space Navy: Protect Equestrian other worlds and is the only one that can act outside of the Equestrian frontier.
-The Guard Navy: Help the two other groups, travelling starships within the Equestrian frontier and Equestrian merchants.

Despite his presence, Equestria barely know lasting conflict, only skirmish with pirates and minor faction.


Allies:
The other nation of the planet that have their own ship and colonies.
-The Griffon Kingdom
-The Crystal Empire
-The Changeling New Kingdom (They are more or less part of the Equestrian Empire)
-Some "minor" other nation


Technological aiming:
The Equestrian Navy is based on high-end tech systems enforce peace in the Equestrian sector. They have access to incredible tech though their powerful Psy-power.

Notable tech:
Mk12 Fusion-Fission-Magic Generator
The power-plant use element that put Lavoisier law in the graveyard. This generator create a small sun, one of the few thing able to stabilise Arcanite, the "Psy" field generating stone, source of energy of most of the Equestrian Tech, and the Equestrian themselves.
Unfortunately, the generator on it's own can't keep the ship at full power. It's why they carry "Psy" batteries to compensate, allowing the ship to use full power for a few hours.

Mk4 Barrier Shield generator:
This device generate two layer of "Psy" shield:
-The upper layer, also called "Damping layer" is strong wall of pure energy, able to take heavy fire, but for a short time.
-The inner layer, also caller "Regenerative layer" is an energy field that, when it try to escape the upper layer though the holes caused by any attack, consolidate the Damping layer and regenerate it. Until the Regenerative layer is depleted, the upper layer is extremely difficult to destroy.

MK7 Blaster Cannon
A medium energy cannon, mount on most Equestrian and allied ship. This cannon fire over-heated "plasmaed" particle toward enemies, shortly followed by a second "Psy" copy of the projectile.

MK3 Light-Rider Engine
The main engine of every Equestrian ship. It generate a stream of "solid light" to push the ship in space.

Now that's out of the way, the actual ship design has decent sectionwork, and the navigation lights are nice, if backward.

Here it's something that you could try. I personally am not a Brony, however there aren't any ships out there done in girly colors.
Try this.

1. White ship with pink trim
2. Rainbow doodads indexed to chase. You know, seven lights in the colors of the rainbow set up to chase from red to violet.
3. Use white bullets or rainbow bullets. The rainbow ones can be red, blue, and yellow. The small spectrum.
4. MLP characters have a tattoo on their behind. You can place a teamstripe on one of your ship's rear engines or something.

I'm unable to make a ship for MLP. Sorry, but it is beyond my tolerance level. At least I tried to help.

Try to not use any MLP propaganda that big. At least hide it with a spoiler. Also try not saying "everypony" instead of everybody a well. You haven't yet but, Anna is particular about proper grammar. However, I believe that he may be extra "ornery" for awhile due to recent new user behaviour. (I know you are not a new user, though) This advice is to help keep your forum experience as pleasant as possible as well as the mod's jobs pleasant. Posting a ship in any style shouldn't be a problem though.

Another piece of advice is to color some ships like a single character. They should have smooth outlines since horses are often looked at as graceful creatures. I believe that you are trying to reflect that as well. Also, try to keep their sizes below 120 since ponies are technically young horses IIRC.

Quite a lot better, in some respects. I still cannot fathom why you feel the need to make everything about ponies, but whatever. Bronies are weird. I'd say brighten up the colours in the center of the ship, and perhaps make them a little less saturated, because Shiny sections really look kinda bad with high-saturation colours, and as it stands right now, they're kinda darker than the surrounding sections, which makes the depth look weird and not quite right.

Bronies are weirder than most other fandoms. Most people in other fandoms manage to go around without making everything about the fandom they love. I don't have a problem with MLP. It's an entertaining show, though it's not half as amazing~ as some bronies seem to insist it is. I just don't understand why bronies feel compelled to insert MLP-related crap into everything they do.

Those colours are an improvement Make the purple bit at the back a bit brighter and I'd say it's pretty good. If you can post the .sb4 I'll try and give some more pointers on how the ship can be improved, that will be easier to do with pictures.
