The shape is interesting at least, but beyond that it suffers from several issues. All fixable though!
1) Be careful of leaving a gap through the center of the ship. It looks awful and weakens the frame. I suspect you mirrored one side of the ship which caused this.
2)Try giving it some color! Nothing obnoxious or too dark, just experiment.
3)Weapons spam. Now I am not against having dozens or a hundred guns on a ship at all, but it should be tasteful. Several of these overlap which looks poor. I suspect you mirrored the ship after you armed it? Never a good idea. You can alter weapons stats so, for instance, you could have two or three gatling guns instead of 6 along the spine of the ship. There are also many available weapons sprites to alter the appearance of your guns.
4)parenting. I am assuming since you appear to have mirrored the ship that your parenting leaves something to be desired. Could be wrong of course.

Keep it up. Stock sections are fun enough to play with but the true variety is in SWA or shiny sections.

Pros
Section variation
Interesting shape
Symmetry is correct

Cons
Too many guns
Some supports appear frail for their loadout
Holes in the hull (probably intended)
Has written a series of tutorials for the newbies

That's quite a nice ship actually, but it's the weapon spam that bugs me.
You are also the first person I have ever seen using colorful words in this forum.

Eh, using a large font and colorful words is probably not the best idea.
