It looks flat.
Try to make it look like it has 3 dimensions.

Try making the top sections brighter, and the lower sections darker.

Yes, it's better, but more variety of shades would work.

For example, that blue, try making atleast 4 shades of it, then try it.

Theres not too much to fault with this one, but that's probably because it's so small.

The shield looks out of place on a ship that small in my opinion.

Huge improvement with this one!

Although a bit more colour variation of the darker sprites wouldn't go amiss. And I'm still not sure about that shield.
