The weapon placement is a bit weird but everything else is nice.

Too many big sections for my liking, The middle of the ship is OK but it gradually gets worse to wards the ends. The sections become more cluttered.

Also I would agree with Cryo on the weapons, try depthing them to slot in so they don't cover the ship so much.

The back looks hideous, the sprites used for thrusters don't really work for thrusters in my opinion. Just saying. ;D
