On the other hand, SAR ships are mostly DST_sw, and would fit right in. The only problem is that the standardised core bits do make use of shiny sections prominently.

I hate to burst your bubble, but average-at-best merchant ship is only average at best. Slathering it in glows does not make it epic. It is not a masterpiece. It's a solid but otherwise very plain ship that has been drowned in glowy shit. It looks like a flying strip club. idk why Doogie is calling it "epic".
Frankly nobody should ever use that word anyway and anyone using the "x y is x" meme should feel bad about themselves for being terrible and mindlessly spouting unfunny memes.
It's a decent ship, but not even really particularly interesting. It's a chunky ship of decent design that has been drowned in probably too many glows. It's good. It's not amazing. Unwarranted praise leads to stagnation 'n' all that. Anyway, why don't you make more ships for your DGW faction? Those ones look far better, imo.

Another less glowy ship, I'm taking it easy with the glows.
Anna, I feel less motivated about making those Meci ships, I have them on my cousins laptop, but he travels a lot, which gives me less time with those already done ships, which makes me feel less confident in making the other ships for the faction.
