Blue beams? You can recolour any of the beamers actually (though I wouldn't reccomend it for the fusion and pulse beams, rurins their beam effects) The scatterbeam is normally blue, and the beamer still looks great in blue. The pulse beam has a nice white-cored blue beam that looks amazing.
