Ignore my post about the Hybrid being a little nice.
It quite resembles Nurgle to me (Warhammer:40K Chaos God) which makes it ugly.

They're not that much stronger than the SAR ships, although I do admit some nerfing could be in order.
I actually made two more smaller factions, both have a much better balancing scheme. However, I'm considering whether or not to actually implement them.

Yea, they are. I have begun re-balancing them to the SAR, however that stupid Tempest X keeps raping my Gargoyle. Ah well, I'll work at it more tomorrow.
I also won't post a thread in the database until I finish with this.

The Tempest-X is a rare OP supership meant to be at the threat level of a battleship and not at all representative of the general SAR balance. It''ll probably receive a slight nerf at some point, but I've not decided how yet.
