I haven't played it but I gather it's a lot of fun and shaping up to be an actual game. And yeah, it looks to me a lot like GSB except it's not suffering from GSB's key flaw of not having anything remotely like gameplay.
In terms of other similar recent games, there's also SPAZ which is a lot of fun.
Anyway, looking forward to the new set of encounters.
