Okay. For a first try, this is actually not bad. however, it does have some problems. first off, never use Shields with full opacity. go the the edit tab and change the alpha to a number below 1. Do the same for the thrusters on the back but change their alpha to 0. The glowing center bit is..... odd. its like there's just a gap in the ship. Do some reworking on that center bit so it looks like a reactor or something. there are also some minor mirroring errors around the center, but you just need to play with sections to fix that. all in all, good first try. not great, but better than a lot of newbies stuff. looking forward to the next version! welcome to the forum!!!

Don't make the shield alpha'd like shamrock said. Instead set the blending to additive. Also never mix shiny sections with older sw weapons. Apart from that, see the post above mine.

Thanks im gonna start 2 fleets with ori and SW parts. I took the advice with shields and use additive blending and 0.60 transparency.

Grab shield sprite (such as these), add as a section, set to additive blending (under EFF tab), resize appropriately, change the section HP to desired level, and profit.
