Im busy building a cruiser in the same style, but building the wings is hell, I have tried 3 times but they just don't turn out right

It looks alright with the wings, not great, but alright.

What usually helps me is to visualize it in 3-D and then work to recreate those features.

Hello everyone! I got bored so I made a little shippie. Its a WIP, it still needs some more colouring and some weapons etc. I think it turned out alright, especially the way the sections flow into eachother.

Completely reworked the Kurgan, it is now reborn as the Lucius class battleship! Heavily armoured and packed full of shields and heavy weapons. The twin mounted cannons are all turreted to the round sections, which looks kinda cool ingame.

Nice dreadnaught. I always liked the look of the massive ships made with the classic sprites. It took so much more ingenuity for a ship to look good.

Lol ya I have that somewhere...along with all the other freaks of nature that my computer can barely load. Always liked the engines on this thing though.

Thats the beauty of the thing...It was pre custom sprites when we only had a handful to choose from.

I made a new starbase, the Deimo Kasta starbase. It is a remake of a much older model.

It's just as bad now as it was four years ago when you submitted it to the BP along with a fleet of equally bland, sloppy pieces of ass.
