looks great, especially the doodads and the two struts on the front.
this setup looks great and makes sense too, if the hangar was placed facing the nose, landing craft or departing craft could have been burned by the engines exhaust fumes(which i assume it has.)

I also like the fact that you placed the runway on top of the two wings instead of under, and didn't make a X runway out of it by making another deck, because they would be on the same height, that could cause collisions when landing, you get what i mean.

thanks! I didn't think of that as a reason for the direction of the runway, I was thinking that if it was straight forwards then any incoming munitions would go straight into the hangar which would not be good...

now I just need to finish the sprites and give it a name

the runway, well, in combat it can get blown up so the ship works on the principle of launch fighters and get out of there.

I'll finish organising the sprites and then post another add-on download

sorry for the lack of replies, i've been on holiday and it seems a fair bit has changed around here while i was gone.

anyway, i've been working on something big...

Allthough there's lots of repetition in the design, I think its rather good looking and doesn't look as odd as repetition normally does.
Looks like a real heavy hitter.

yeah, i didn't mean it to be so repetitive, i just kind of kept on adding artillery...

p.s. i really need to stop making ships that can one hit themselves, never mind other ships...

If your ships one hit themselves, either buff their armour, nerf their guns, add some other protection,

yeah, but HEAPEMACs are meant to be like that - if you're lucky (or unlucky if you're the enemy) they'll do a huge amount of damage
