Alot of really awesome work here, the colouring for the Covenant ships does look pretty good by the way.

At first I thought it was pretty "meh" until my mind envisioned the depth. I think this is because of the reverse-coloring, however its a fanship so this is excusable.

I don't care how awful the parenting is, that Venator is still gorgeous.

Aaand with this little bugger the Covenant fleet is complete, aside from the destroyer which is fuck ugly anyway.

STAR WRECK COVENANT SHIPS FIRST RELEASE I'm releasing them now because I have a tendency never to put my ships up for download out of pure laziness. So I'm doing it now to prevent them from being completely forgotten. If there are any difficulties or problems, let me know.

This is a slightly different version of the Phantom. I've given it some PD so it won't go all BANZAÏ on the enemy and turn suicidal due to the lack of weapons.

This was a fun little ship to build, and the Shiny sections work far better than I expected.
The UNSC frigate is a diminutive warship, meant for patrol, scouting and escort. Smaller than even the smallest Covenant warship, these frigates are too slow and weak to cause a threat to any Covenant ship alone, and can only be dangerous in greater numbers. Even so, several of these ships, such as the In Amber Clad and the Forward Unto Dawn played key roles in the Human-Covenant War.

While only slightly larger than a frigate, the UNSC Destroyer is in fact a lot more powerful. It carries nearly twice as much armour, two MAC guns, oversized missile pods and more powerful engines that make it a lot more maneuverable too. The Destroyer was one of the few UNSC ships of any use against larger Covenant ships, being able to take out CCS class cruisers in groups.

I am happy to report that the Halcyon class hull (or Pillar Of Autumn hull) is finished. I just have to do some minor tweaks and then arm it. I've also changed the Covenant plasma torpedoes, so now they don't fly across the map before they hit their target.

This is... just... insanely awesome for some reason.

Two new ships!
The UNSC Halcyon class Cruiser is sort of an ugly duckling among UNSC ships. With their immense bulk and honeycombed structural bracings, these vessels may be tough but they're also far too cumbersome to be of any use against Covenant ships. Combine this with a meager Archer Missile complement and you've got a recipe for disaster.
The UNSC Marathon class Cruiser is the successor of the aging Halcyon design. With two MAC guns, far more powerful engines, better armour and plenty of oversized Archer pods, these ships are top of the line and a serious threat to any Covenant ship, even on their own.

A minor issue though, the Halcyon and Maration look really flat. Perhaps a bit more detail?

@Da_Dooley: the Marathon and Halcyon are both prime examples of flying space bricks. There's only so much I can do to change that, though I admit the Marathon could use some better shading. As I said;

New ship!
The Phoenix class was originally a Colony Ship, but was modified to serve as massive troop transports and warships. At 2.5 kilometers in length, these behemoths are likely the largest ships in the UNSC fleet. They are also the only ship to feature Heavy Gun Decks, artillery capable of dispatching lighter ships with ease. Although large, the armour of these ships still leaves something to be desired. A notable Phoenix class was the UNSC Spirit of Fire, which was declared missing in action some time ago.

I've also made some changes to the Marathon. I think it's a lot cleaner now, less cluttered.

awsome ships im more of a ship loaded with an insane amount of fire power and noticable guns but meh nothing beats good ships

The phonix is pretty nice; its obvious you put some thought into that one. The Marathon refit does look better, though theres some spots that bug me but I honestly think thats more the way shiny sections fit together. Can't wait to see these in action!
Oh and I found a great scale page for a next project since you seem to like halo Get to work

@Rockboy3970 Well alot of these ships would actually be bristling with weaponry but had to balance them somehow. The toughest part was resisting the urge to make my favorite ships powerful enough to always win.

i think SM got too small working area to make to scale High Charity, so making halo to scale is impossible.
