This is not for pixel artwork made by you guys, but links to things you think others might find useful as inspiration, as well as other sprite databases and such.

First off;
The UFOpaedia over at XCOMUFO is a good source of some amazing pixel artwork, and I recommend checking out the X-COM Craft & Armament and Weapons & Equipment categories.

Following on from those, the USOpaedia is also a good source of pixel artwork. Again, the Craft & Armament and Weapons and Equipment categories.
