New Weapon - Torpedo Launcher

One of my next projects will be a new combination missile weapon, based on everyone's favourite heavy weapon; the torpedo. They will track and move slowly, but carry a huge payload and deal significant damage over a fairly decent area, essentially acting as a fusion of the plasma charge and homing missile.

However, there are two things I need.

One: A Launcher sprite. This will need to be a pretty beefy-looking missile box or some kind of tube launcher. Preferably the former. If good sprites for both come up, I can make both if need be.

Two: A Torpedo sprite. I have four candidates at current, but I'm taking suggestions. The torpedo needs to be big, it needs to look dangerous, and it needs to look sturdy.

The current four candidates are from Raptor, Call of the Shadows. They are;

The Unshaded Air-To-Air Missile
Wiped the old and shitty versions now. This is the best of the 'cleaner' ATA variants.

This version retains it's original shading, and looks far more pleasing.

The Unshaded Dumbfire Missile
This is technically unshaded. It was cleaned up and came out better than it's unshaded ATA counterpart, but is still inferior to the real thing if you ask me.

Submissions for the torpedo should be about the same size as the existing torpedoes. Launchers should be big enough to accomodate a loaded torpedo too.

Yum. Make the payload my idea for a Nuke (forget the candy corn sprite) and I'll love you forever!

That'd help if I knew what that was. :P

Here's a couple more huge candidates - anyone want to take a crack at reducing them down to around the size of the example torps up there?

I've live tested the Torpedo and it works like a charm. :)

Ed: not the final sprites by any means, just a test;

Important update; through the magic of doing something for shits and giggles, I've made the torpedoes behave themselves. Anything that gets hit by one of these at short range is really going to feel it, but the damage drops off pretty quickly towards the outer edge of the explosion. :)
