Yes, they work. Set the section color white (or something else for interesting effects) and play with the section effects and colors. It gets trippy as fuck, fast!

Unzip to your Custom Sprites folder and have fun
Note: the APN Cannon is a modified Tachyon that flies straight. The cannonshell sprites could see use as exhaust flames for ThrusterExes. I might consider animating them.
