A sprite i wish to contribute it is modified from section 46, basically a top down view.

Is there anything I need to do to it before it can be potentially implemented?

Another organic/alien section. I intend to draw a few more of these.

The dish has some kind of shift in the middle, though. Other than that its perfect.

EVE and Tabula Rasa sounds

Guide to the EVE folder filenames;

l = large
m = medium
s = small

e = energy
p = projectile
h = hypervelocity/railgun

There's five sounds for each category (large energy, etc.) numbered one to five and five variants of each sound from a to e.

You also get stripminer, iceminer and mining sounds in there.

I can probably perform a little trimming here and there for some of the sounds if need be, but don't expect me to make sounds out of nothing.

I suck at drawing, so I'm not going to majorly post fail here, but I can document these well enough... Mostly Doodad ideas... Will get edited if I find moar :3

1) Flashy honeycomb-hex. Grows in, shimmers a bit, before disappearing for a few moments (stays gone longer than it is visible, meant to be added in a dozen or so in multiple colours to create wings, gates, mirrors, etc.

2) Steaming fan-vent. Steaming not needed, but is possible, some Thruster-steam would look good.

3) Electric sparks: a bit like a flashy line... Real cool to put on Section 53.

4) Weapon covers... Something that stays above weapons so you can make combos meant for awesomelooks when firing,but really dislike the mess on the ship...

5) A Curvy section 70. 'nuff said.

6) A couple of 'wrecked' sections...It'd look good for Orcy things, or even for effects if you put it under a non-wrecked equivalent (maybe even as doosection, or whatnot).

7) Leaky pipe Doodads, perhaps?

I made a doodad to go with LG's wrecked stuff, but you'll probably find your own uses:



Will clean up sometime soon. Also, upcoming: little gas bursts and small booms and bangs.

EDIT: gasburst has been added. Will do an extra version, LG made a quick sketch which looks good too.

EDIT 2: Upon Kano's request, I did a hex-doodad. Not entirely happy with the result, but until I can be arsed to redo it, it's fine.

Wow, too much joygasm-worthiness in those two last posts o_O I LOVE Wrecked, electric shock and gas (gas could require a clean up, though), so yeah... *stamps with a huge APPROVED stamp*

PS:Sorry about my IRC absence, I fear something's up with my frickin' ISP -_- I try to resolve it, but I phail, so any assistance is greatly appreciated.
