The Tal'Vorah are an ancient race of innocent Planetoid dwellers for eons. Cybernetics are common place in Tal'Vorah society. Theories have arisen that these physical and mental cybernetic enhancements have been imposed upon them by another species that have since disappeared. Regardless, these enhancements have allowed them a great degree of mobility in space and also a marked increase in intelligence. It would seem very strange then that the Tal'Vorah have not progressed at an astonishing rate. They had finally succeeded in taking control over their own solar system over countless space explorations from their captial, however it was then they met the Technocracy.
Curious as they were, the Tal'Vorah welcomed the Technocracy's Emissaries. The Emissaries brought word of new technology, of a race willing to uplift the Tal'Vorah, of ever greater opportunities in a universe that was so great and vast. They offered the Technocracy's gift to the Tal'Vorah and in return they asked for devotion and service. The Tal'Vorah a race whose curiosity overrode almost all other concerns immediately took the offer.
It was glorious, this new information, this new technology, this new knowledge. The Tal'Vorah greedily sought more, doing more and more for their new found masters for small technological trinkets and devices. Expansion of Tal'Vorah territory exploded exponentially. Fleets were constructed, robotic minions marshaled into armies, weapons produced. Lesser races, non space faring races vanished as the Tal'Vorah expanded looking everywhere for more information and knowledge.
Alas, finally they Tal'Vorah stopped their expansion. What prompted this sudden halt to territorial expansion is hidden from many, however many believe that a group of planets in the Ha'nora system had stopped the Tal'Vorah's rampage. What they found there is uncertain, but there has been increased activity around that area, including the dispatch of the technical unit AU and the battle fleet SU for reasons unknown.
Now the Tal'Vorah are focused inward, building and marshaling for what many believe is the next Expansion.
