Phoenix Inc. was founded by Cornelius “Founder” Phoenix. It was originally developed to deliver safe, fast and spacious transport craft for the people of the universe. Cornelius had two sons a, Andrew “Boar the Phoenix” Phoenix and Kyros “Free Spirit” Phoenix. The boys had a good child hood and formed a great bond so in Cornelius’ will he gave them join ownership of the shipyard. Phoenix Inc. gained much clout when under the owner ship of Cornelius by offering decent prices and excellent quality to traders and military contractors alike. When Andrew and Kyros took over the family business they decide to split in to two research and development teams for the company. Andrew had always excelled in producing many combat designs and Kyros had created hundreds of effective transport and liner classes of ships. The galaxy has become unstable and has begun to see a large amount of pirates and hostile aliens so the Phoenix Inc. Shipyard has had to focus more on armored and military ships and has installed itself as protectorate of its home system until such activates die down. Phoenix Inc. now operates now to serve all people and sells many of its designs, Kyros and Andrew know that not every one is a good buyer but they have to make a sale when they can, so many of their ships can be seen being used by both sides of a conflict, it is said that they do have a few special ships which they will not sell to any one.
