Ok, not trying to be an ass here, but a simple, and already pre-made star map is readily available if you dig enough:
yes, it's huge. It's the totality of the milky way galaxy, with every system mapped out. It's from my favourite table top strat game of all time: Battletech.

Do you have a bigger version of that? One where it is possible to see the systems?

there's a MASSIVE version, do a google search for 'battletech star system map' and it should be the first one that comes up. it's big enough that every system is NAMED and LEGIBLE.
