Here's my suggestion: Everyone who is interested in this should post here ASAP, so we can see how many people are still interested. Then, we'll nominate someone as project leader. The project leader will draft up some quick rules, post them up here, and everyone can pick over them. They can be revised a few times, until everyone's happy with them, and then we can start the game.

Really, if we put our noses to the grindstone on this, we can have the game going in a week, two at max.

I'm actually interested, but on promises. Semester starts tomorrow, and some other things start soon for me, so I'm not sure about availability. BUt I'm interested.

I'm interested in helping but I understand very little of it and don't plan on reading through 20 pages to try and make sense of what I'm seeing.

That and all my ships have custom weapons. not imba powerful ones, I just edited stock ones because I like the color and behavior of certain ones. (I use scatters instead of blasters.
