oh well it seems that i wasted the last few hours taking notes and making a BIO for a character.

What are the other RP's starting, and do any of them possibly need a Navy Hacker with a advanced, yet unstable AI?

1) There are none apart from doc525's ripoff attempt. As for your character, I suggest you try something original, instead of what is obviously the PC from System Shock.

2) Look down the thread list a bit. There's another thread with "IC" and "RP" in it's box.

Species/Race: Dwarf-Orc mix

Appearance:
Looks like a cross between a dwarf and an orc. Meduim height, very strong because of his parentage. Wears a rough cloak and cape.

Same as above

Personality:
Very violent. Attacks without reason. Distrusts everybody. Don't get on this guy's bad side!

History:
Disowned by parents. Adopted by a strong space commander, he quickly learned how to run ships as well as wield many forms of weapons. Nobody truested him though due to his questionalbe ancestry, but he soon made them all shut up with his knak fo rpwning in combat.

Personal Possessions:
Owns all melee weapons. Has two axes, four swords, and his favorite, a bowcaster (like chewbacca!).

actually i used system shock as a base. The final product is interesting and resembles the hacker from system shock only in the fact that they are both navy hackers.

The full character has his own ai with a original name, a species that I invinted myself. I put alot of detail into it and proofread the bio.

I suppose ill have to mentally Rp that my shuttle crashed on the way to the meeting.

Just a quick backstory post;

In the world of Project: Aurora, all scientific projects go through the T.G.S.I Project Manager. This is due to the current (and long-lasting) Xephamox Accord, which laid the foundations for peace and harmony between all the space-faring nations, as well as centralizing research to maximize efficiency. Thanks to the Accord, no matter who you work for, you work for the T.G.S.I. Generally they tend to stay out of lower matters, but oversee all weaponry or otherwise military related research, and all potentially dangerous experiments and projects need to be approved by the T.G.S.I Project Manager before they can begin. That isn't to say the T.G.S.I rule with an iron fist, though, as they're usually quite lenient about these things as to avoid schisms in the scientific community.
