Battles of Humanity RP

Post by Oculus »

It is the year 3196. Humanity is split into two factions: the Loyalists and the Rebels. The Loyalists are loyal to the current leader of humanity, Commander Roy Arendor VII, and the Rebels are a band of anarchists, looking to destroy the Loyalists. The war wages on as new troops enter the scene...

OOC: Welcome to Battles of Humanity. In this RP, you are a troop who has just signed up for the military. You make a profile for your troop, and then, on a budget of $1000, buy parts to make a ship. Any piece is $50, you can get deflectors for $50 each, and weapons are unavailable (but you start with 4 blasters). Post the ship file here when it is done.

Upon signing up, you can choose to be on the side of the Loyalists, or the Rebels. Each group will have their own topic for discussions, missions, and available items in the shop. By successfully completing missions, you can get more money and a more extensive shop, as well as promotions.

Lastly, in some missions, you can get bonus goals. Bonus goals allow you to get more money, but keep in mind that you are given a time limit for each mission as well.

OOC: Any rules on ship acceleration, speed, HP, parenting? Is there a required ratio of sections to deflectors? Can I buy six parts and 12 deflectors and be effectively invulnerable? I think you need a few more rules here.

You have to post it and its stats and I have to approve. As for parenting, it has to be realistic.

Any baseline stats? What will be the "average" ship? Sounds interesting enough.

You need waaaaay more detail and way more restrictions on this, man. It's not gonna work in it's current state. You should specify what missions will involve, how they will be handled, etc. etc.

^ yes if any one is to join you need more details in the rules.
I'm an idiot who tried to embed flash in his signature, nevermind the fact that wouldn't work even if the code tags were removed.
