So THATS what Ken had planned to do with both IVL and Estovakain tech. ..... Interesting.

It will serve as the United Galactic Coalition headquarters, where meetings on tactics and major attacks will be held. The shipyards at hells gates will serve as a repair and construction areas, with wings for each empire. Let us do the building, you can focus your time and resources on forward positions.
