Project of Aces- Diplomacy (Turn 2)

The story

The galaxy lies in shatters. For some unknown reason, the inner ring of the galaxy has collapsed. Ruins now stretch across planets once teeming with human life. All communication has gone silent. The only area unaffected: The Outer Ring.
Now, as an investor or a rich businessman or business woman, you see this as an opportunity. The old government is gone, and by placing your currency in the right corporation or leader, you'll indirectly shape the outer ring for the good of the many, or the pleasure of few.

Gameplay
How to play:
Well, you as a money holder in the outer rim can choose to donate up to 300 Outer Rim Credits (subject to change) to any entity you choose. You may also split your donations to the nearest 50 credits. So, for example, you can donate 100 ORC's to ace1 and 200 ORC's to ace2. All donations are confidential, and are only listed in this thread for me to keep track of it all.

Being that having the gold makes you make the rules, your opinions and advice will not go unheard. You may influence each leader to a certain extent by PMing me in this format.

Advice in quotes, because this is a diplomacy game, and players are allowed to play both sides of the coin.

Keep in mind, doing this can ruin your standing with each faction, and make your advice less credible to some aces.
Oh, yeah, feel free to conspire with other players. It IS diplomacy, after all.

To plunge the Outer Rim into Chaos or help construct a benevolent empire: It's up to you.

Next up is the economics, players don't get to build their own ships, only advise each leader on which ships to build, but players must be aware of the economic system to spend give their credits effectively.


Economics

Building a ship costs credits and resources! Shocker! here is a baseline table for the cost of ships:

Corvette: 50 ORC, 100 Rock.
Frigate: 100 ORC, 200 Rock.

Large Shipyard Ships:
Destroyer: 500 ORC 500 Rock.

Battleship 1500 ORC, 1500 Rock.
The cost of the tier of weapons will be ADDED to the total cost of the ship:

The amount of weapons allowed on one ship is determined by it's class.

Allows construction of Destroyers, Cruisers, battleships, and carriers.

Gives 250 ORC per turn.

Relay Station: 500 ORC
Allows 50% chance to intercept enemies communication (PM's) within a system. Intercepted communicates will be forwarded to all involved investors. Equipped with a standard medium anti-ship turret.

Mining Complex: 1000 ORC
Gives 250 Rock per turn. Can only be constructed in asteroid belt.

Crystal Lab: 1500 ORC
Gives 250 Crystal per turn. Can only be constructed on relics.

A mounted anti-ship cannon to defend the system.

Red: Planets under Akula's influence.
Purple: Planets under Balkan Influence.
Dark Green: Planets under Wolfram's influence.
Light Blue: Planets under Randall's influence.
Yellow: Planets under Yellow's influence.
Light green: Known warp lanes.

Currently, all non-planet sectors have been unexplored.

Movement
Any party can move two squares per one turn. Warp lanes, however allow a party to move instantly from one planet to another, provided both planets, if influenced by separate parties, agree to the establishment of a lane, and all sectors in between have been explored.

Sign-ups are still open, turn 1 will officially be starting tomorrow, Saturday, September 25th. Sign-ups will likely stay open unless there is a huge rise in interest.

If you don't feel like long-term commitments, (or politics) you can always post-in 300 credits as a anonymous investor. Help a fella out, bro.

Back-story: Kebert Xela earned millions of credits by hosting a famous trivia game show. Considering his pay was several thousand times below that of his reported income, it is assumed that he earned most of his money from bribes and extortion of the contestants.

IC name: Hector Kistashi
Back story: Hector Kistashi entered the political system at a young age, in honor of his father who was killed by his rivals. Naturally gifted, Hector quickly expanded his influence, becoming well known as a ruthless poltical leader. Despite the social gossip about him, he maintains that he only gained power through hardword and disipline, although he only ever took over positions held by his father's killers, shortly after they had mysteriously "disappeared".

Back-story: Citrongrass is a shrewd merchant boss who deals primarily in consumer goods for mercenaries operating in ungodly regions of space. He has acquired a dark reputation for war profiteering and other uncouth business practices. Citrongrass rose to power after his father rode off into an asteroid belt in a drunken haze, never to be seen again.
